I am a competent HR professional aged 53 years, having 26 years of expertise in HR management in Bangalore. My last assignment was as Sr. Manager-HR, playing the role of Unit Head-HR for 800+ people at ISKCON-Bangalore. Due to cost-cutting at the temple, I have been jobless for one year and six months. The fact that for one and a half years you were jobless at the age of 53 made me put myself into your shoes and think for a while.
