Hello good people. In our organization around 200 employees work in three shifts. In every night shift 40 employees work, the problem rise in every Saturday night. As Sunday is a holiday around 9 to 10 employees are missing in night shift showing reason of sickness, family problem and so on. So our production suffers great problem. What is the best way to solve the situation?
