Dear Friend,

When it comes to absenteeism, we need to follow the following steps while discharging the employee:

A. Follow the procedures laid down in the Certified Standing Orders of the company.
B. Issue a simple recall letter asking the employee to report for duty.
C. If the employee does not report, send a second recall letter followed by a charge sheet or show cause notice, as the case may be. Then, publish an advertisement in a local newspaper asking the employee to report for duty. Finally, conduct a simple inquiry procedure and issue a final notice of discharge.

Please send me the proof/draft/sample copy of the Welfare Officer appointment letter as per the Factories Act because the given appointment letter has been rejected by the Factories Inspector, who stated that it should be separate. Hence, please send us the sample.
