1) MEET THE NEW JOINEE WITH WARM WELCOME

2) TALLY THE LOI NO. & DATE OF JOINING

3) OFFER HIM/HER TEA OR COFFEE

4) GO THROUGH HIS/HER ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS SUCH AS QUALIFICATION/RELIEVING LETTER/ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION/SALRY PROOF/MEDICAL CERTIFICATE/PHOTOGRAPHS/ADDRESS PROOF/ID PROOF/PAN CARD, ETC(AS PER THE LOI ISSUED TO HIM)

5) JOINING FORM WITH A WELCOME KIT( HR POLICIES/PEN/WRITING PAD/JDS/FOLDER/LUNCH COUPON/VISITING CARD OF THE INDUCTOR)

6) FACILITATE THEM FOR THE SAME

7) CHECK AFTER GETTING IT FILLED

8) COMPANY PRESENTATION ALONG WITH HR PRESENTATION

9) INTRODUCTION WITH HODs OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS (ONE BY ONE)

10) INTRODUCTION TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS OF THE DEPARTMENT IN WHICH THE CANDIDATE IS JOINING

11) INTRODUCTION WITH BUSINESS HEAD

12) LUNCH ARRANGEMENT

13) SNACKS ARRANGEMENT

14) ID CARD FORMALITIES

15)STATIONERY ARRANGEMENT
