In the last 8-9 years of my career in training, I came across a large number of HR/Training professionals or even business owners. I found that there are a whole lot of misconceptions about employee training and development. A lot of HR or Training Managers conduct the training without realising why it is conducted and how to measure the effectiveness or measure ROI of the training.
