Great Initative.Cite Hr Off line meet would be a nice idea to strengthen the HR Community in orissa.
For conducting the HR Meet i m quite confident that you will easily get sponsers from bunch of Mgmt Institue or Placement consultant, or any Corporate Training Institute. If u r conducting in a Mgmt institute allow few students & faculty from HR Discipline to take part in the prog.
To hold the meet periodically I would suggest to form a team of active members, who will meet informally to plan and hold the meet.
In pune several times i have organised the Off Line Cite HR Meet.
I Would be more than happy if i can be of any help to you in conducting the HR Meet in orissa.

Thanks for your support and suggestions. ellora is right we have to strengthen the forum first by adding some more active members. but last time we have several members all of them was active but i dont know in between the orissa forum gone disappeared and our all previous threads gone lost.
Any way it may take some time but we have to do it.
I am full agree with rajat too. i am thinking to arrange sponsers for offline hr meet thats not a big task. so we have to wait some time and encourage some more people to join.
