An Ad Hoc vacancy is meant for internal reference. I suggest you expand your networking amongst professionals. And the only thing to do right now is start interacting with them and lay your groundwork. Be patient. It comes in time :-)
Also, I'd suggest that you do not depend on portals. They are useless. Try and search out the companies that sound potentially worthy to your professional goals and start contacting them.

HR consultancies would be interested in freshers and they always have openings for recruiters. It would be a good start with recruitment. It is tough to get generalist roles upfront.
