Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for developing‚ implementing and co-ordinating corporate HR initiatives in the business units.
The following activities will be part of the job profile
•HR Operations:
Responsible for the meeting the staffing requirements of Band 4 & above of the business unit as per the Manpower Plan
Responsible for induction & orientation of new hires
Performance Management System – Spearhead the PMS process in the Business Unit
Attrition– Track and analyze attrition and update the management about the same
Compensation Benchmarking & Reviews
•Employee Engagement & Communication:
Responsible for employee engagement initiatives in the business unit.
Responsible for conducting the InterConnect survey in the business
Responsible for the employee communication initiatives.
•Talent Development
Responsible for the ILA coordination and tracking progress of employees
Tracking of Development Centre Action plan
•Processes & Policies
Create awareness about existing policies & processes
Human Requirements:
The candidate should have spent 18 months in his/her current assignment
A post graduate degree in personnel management
Should have good HR domain knowledge‚ quantitative skills‚ contracting skills and should be flexible and creative.
The position also requires excellent interpersonal skills‚ strong written & oral skills‚ ability to liaise at all levels.
5 days week, Saturday & Sunday fixed off
Job Location: Gurgaon
Salary: up to 9 Lakhs
