What do you mean by Core HR Activities? Can you elaborate a bit? Which HR activites are Core hR Activities and which are non-core?

I wasn't referring to Core HR and Non-Core HR. Basically, I have been working in IT Recruitments for a Staffing company for over 3 years. Now, I am seeking opportunities in a Development or Manufacturing company where I can be involved in activities such as Joining Formalities, Performance Appraisal systems, Training & Development, Compensation & Wage policies, etc.
Recruiting is just one aspect of HR. A recruiter may not have the chance to work in these functional areas, unlike an HR Executive or Generalist who can work in these functions along with recruiting.
Therefore, what I am looking for from this platform is an opportunity to transition into these areas. If you come across any job openings suitable for my experience, please do let me know.
