Dear All,
In my company, we have a performance management system in which every manager rates their team. The issue we are facing is that there is a team that needs to be rated by multiple managers (3 managers). However, we do not want the employee's score to be determined by a specific function or percentage. For instance, we do not want Manager A to influence the score by 40%, Manager B by 30%, and Manager C by 30%; we do not prefer this kind of notation.
Do any of you have any ideas on how we can effectively manage this situation?
Thank you :)

If the team had performed exceedingly well, naturally there cannot be any apprehension about the PA rating, even if the rating is to be made by different managers. So what made you think of a 40 > 30 > 30 downward rating? Was there any slippage somewhere? Without knowing who's who, how do you expect us to suggest a way out to make it flat? What can be done now is only to make up any shortfall or slippages and convert it into 'a job well done'.
