Hi, I worked in A company for 2 months and 7 days... then I absconded from that company and joined 'B' company and worked for 1.5 years. Now I asked my previous company to give the relieving letter they provided but they provided an extra 10 working days and those 10 days overlap with B company... I requested my A company to change the relieving date but they are not responding... Now one more thing: the previous company's PF exit date is not closed .. but I have the option to close and I have the option to close like that day won't overlap with the next company.. if I mark that exit date ..if my next employer asks for the relieving letter...there will 10 day difference in the relieving letter and PF exit date
