Hi All, Need your help on below. My friend was working in an MNC (A) for 6 years and switched to another MNC (B). There he didn't get any project, waited more than a month. At that time he got another offer from another MNC (C) with direct project. When he kept papers in B, he was informed that he has 3 months notice period. This is not mentioned in offer letter and anywhere when he joined. But still he asked for early release, to which they didn't respond. After waiting for a week or 10 days. He got insecured and absconded B, joined C. After working for 7 months there, C found a overlap of 3 months PF credit and asked him to explain. He told everything genuinely, but as a result he got kicked out of C without any notice.

He even reached out to B, saying he will return the amount and all and asked for the release date change. But B is not willing to do it.

Now he got selected in another MNC (D), but in BGV it is showing 3 months overlap. What to do?

He didn't mentioned anything about B in resume and gave reason to D as family issues for resigning in C.

Please help.

Hi,

Company D will verify the employment details of Company C only and not Company B.

If he got relieved properly from Company C, and if Company C doesn't share the actual reason for separation from Company C then there will not be any issue. However even if he get the negative feedback from Company C, he explain the actual fact under what circumstances he is forced to leave from Company B.

Company D HR is asking for the reason of 3months overlap, could you please advice.

My friend told genuinely what happened to company C, but they terminated him for saying what happened, even though it is not his mistake. Need your advice.

Hi All,

Company D said that this is a Dual employment and rejected the candidate. Company is not willing to correct it, they're saying we can't do it.

No one correcting this, if this continues like this he will never get a job. Need your help on this. Please guide us.

Hi

I don't see any see reasons as to why Company D is verifying past PF transactions. So now try to get a letter from Company that due lack of project he is allowed to look for a job.. Ask your friend to visit the office by person and make request politely. Hiding old UAN is not possible
