I have been working in an IT company in Lucknow. However, my company deducted my PF for only two months. My question is, can I withdraw the complete amount from my PF account? In other words, can I do final settlements from my account?

Dear all,

An employee is working in a company and nominated his mother in PF at the time of joining. Recently, he got married, and after a few days of marriage, the employee passed away. In this situation, who will be the owner of the money deposited in PF - his wife or mother?

Kindly advise.

Dear Puspendra By default Wife may receive PF amount and pension. But if mother is also depended. And both claim for PF amount. Then it is disputed matter and PF commissioner is authority to decide.
