Generally No " fresher " are the first choice of any company .
But every year almost so many fresher realise from universities and colleges by keeping their dream to get a dream job .
But all the obstacles comes bcos of lack of awareness about companies (good company and fake company )
.
Keep on trying they got some job with out any next question !
Without any next Enquiry they join the company.
After completion of one month the problem going to start regarding......
1. Offer letter
2. Appointment letter
3. Salary
4. contract job
5.security deposit
Generally all new firm wants to grow in short period in wrong way .
But the joiny still in the confusion mode whether to continue ? or to quit?
If quit what the society think he or she work for fews days ????????
So many questions.........
For them I am just want to light on few things before joining any organisation.
Generally every company offer job through recruitment process.
It's a cycle
1.Background check from how many years the company established.
2.Company registered or not.
3. Confirm regarding the mode of payment of salary e.g- hand on cash or cheque or online.
4. Before joining into any company make sure Ur offer letter is in Ur hand.
5. Cross check with the employee regarding the payment of salary.
6. Cross check whether they follow a organisation structure or not .
7. Most important thing whether the organisation follow all documents work or not .
Because before joining to any company in future u have to produce all the documents like salary slip
, Experience letter , ..etc.
Make sure regarding all this thing's
Bcos time is precious if waste time and Ur knowledge in wrong organisation that will create a big GAP in career so think before you join any organisation.
