Preparation of JDs & KRAs is a challenging task for you to do. So, instead of requesting the CiteHR members to post on the same just try yourself for your own learning purpose.
It involves time & hard work and how can you expect some one to post the documents so easily buddy.

I am definitely not trying to run away from the hard work, however I have no previous experience in this area.
Also I believe every organization have unique focus/result area and customization would be required. All I need is some base where I can build in the requirement of my organization.
