I have attached the previous discussion thread on SAP HR for your reference. Go though it and I am not sure abt the training centres in bangalore. With regards to Chennai there are lots of institutes that offer for even 15k...

Thanks a lot Raghav for providing the information on SAP HR. One more question I have i.e., I have got 2 years of Recruitment experience in Consultancy. 1year in domestic and 1 year in US IT Recruitment. Is this domain experience considered for doing SAP HR course? And I am planning to do SAP HR after 5 months. Can I get free SAP HR course material? So that I can read it as a theory.
Thanks
Saikrupa

Hi Saikrupa,
1year in domestic and 1 year in US IT Recruitment is enough for doing the SAP HR.
"free SAP HR course material" - :( I dont have it with me and Nothing comes free in this world. :D
You can do it provided, the company that you work gives you an oppurtunity to implement SAP else you wont be able to gain the experience.
All the Best.

Hi,
I read in ET recently, Indian Railways going to automate their HRMS(ERP) and TCS, Wipro, IBM and Oracle trying hard to get the contract.
Once this is finalised there may be more opportunities in these companies for people with HR experience and IT knowledge in ERP
