My name is Anuradha. I am an MBA (HR) with 11 years of experience in various fields. I believe that my frequent job changes and lack of proper guidance are the reasons I have not reached where I should be by now.

I possess strong communication skills, administration skills, hands-on recruitment experience, salary administration expertise, and a fair understanding of PF policies, although I have not actively applied this knowledge.

I am uncertain whether there is an issue with my profile or if the job market is seeking individuals with exactly 11 years of experience. I seek your advice on which positions I should pursue next. I am not keen on continuing in recruitment.

Should I consider removing some of the companies from my work history?
