Intelli Payroll Software by Prodigy Technologies is being used for ECR. After processing payroll. We have to just click on create file and ECR file will be created then upload it on PF site. No need of creating manual text file.

Dear seniors,
I have joined as an HR executive in a news channel (new to the HR field). It's a group of companies, with the head office located in Delhi. I am working at one of its branches. I have been working in this company for 2 months now (with an appointment letter). Prior to this official role, I had been unofficially working in this office for 5 months.
I would like to discuss a recent event in our office where a raid was conducted by PF enforcement officers. They requested all employees' PF account numbers, payslips, etc. However, these records are maintained by the head office officials, and I have no idea about these details (specifically whether the PF amounts are being deposited in the PF office or not).
During the raid, all the registers were photocopied, and I was asked to sign all the registers and two accompanying papers as evidence of the raid.
Seniors, could you please advise me if this signature could pose legal problems for me? Some individuals have suggested that not signing those papers could be a criminal issue, indicating that I made a mistake.
I am unsure about what to do next. This situation is causing me significant concern. Your guidance and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
