I have searched about the PF return on this forum but am a little confused with the solution as there are no dates mentioned in the post. It is a bit difficult to recognize whether we still need to submit 3A or 6A. Kindly, please update about the same.

Now a days there is no need of submitting any Form 3A & 6A as well as any monthly returns physically. Monthly returns should be submitted using ECR form online only & no need of annual returns

Dear Sir,
There is no need to fill PF return because everything is monitored online. So don't worry about returns like Form 3A & 6A, etc.
At the same time, we need to upload Annexure II, Form 11, and KYC details (UAN), etc.

My name is Rabi Shankar Singh. I worked for six months last year, but I want my PF amount. HR Sumit Nayak guided me to go to Bangalore and then apply for the PF amount. "I need to look into this matter for PF" because PF is essential for every company, and I am a Kolkata Mincas employee, not a Bangalore employee.

As per your statement, the company paid your PF amount at the Bangalore office. They guided you to go and apply in Bangalore. However, you worked at Kolkata Mincas.
My suggestion is to fill out the claim forms like EPF 10C & EPF 19, along with a letter including Employee Name, Employee Code, Worked Location, Date of Joining, Date of Exit from the company, and reasons for resigning. These details should be included in the letter.
Send all documents to your Bangalore company office. They will then send your PF claim form to the EPF Office, initiating the claiming process.
