Dear all respected professionals,
I am from the Admin team. My company has issued me a show-cause notice regarding vendor invoice increase/power misuse, followed by a suspension letter for 7 days. If I do not provide a response within 7 days, they will proceed with a charge sheet and a domestic inquiry against me. I did not attend any inquiry, leading to them sending me the suspension order.
I have been an employee for 2.6 years. When this incident occurred 7 months ago, I attempted to resign, but my supervisor did not accept my resignation. She even deleted my email from my mailbox. She promised me a promotion, and the company has consistently acknowledged my work.
I have received a good offer from another company. Can I join the new company without facing any legal repercussions from my current employer? Please advise.
