Hi,
I am attaching my concern which I sent to the employer regarding an Unprofessional Suspension Order By the Employer. Please look into the matter and advise me on the next action to be taken. It has been 6 months, and since then, I am not receiving a salary. The organization is forcefully seeking my resignation without any valid or written reason. In line with our communication regarding the concern and revert from your end, I have categorically asked about the findings since my first mail. What were the lapses found? Kindly share them with me in writing because there hasn't been a single discussion on this concern with the HR Team or the cluster Head.
Kindly find my responses to your mail:
- There has been no discussion on audit findings or lapses mentioned by any team member. I tried to establish contact with every person in the hierarchy via mail or call but received no response.
- The written statement you mentioned was taken by the Cluster Head after threats and abuse at Bank House Gurgaon, forcing me to sign the letter. I was panicked and furious with the behavior of the Cluster Head.
- The suspension letter does not specify the grounds; it only mentions serious lapses committed at my end. I am requesting the specific allegations or findings on me, date-wise and issue-wise.
- Please do not request and blame me. I stand by what I have written as correct. There was harassment and abusive language used by the Cluster Head. It seems to be a preplanned conspiracy to force me to resign without providing any proof of lapses.
