when it comes to attritin rate and i persnaly think that rather than aking it as problem.. we should look at the problems.. arther than thinking about runaway employees..
when it comes to statutes and PF and attendance and maintaining of leave rregister muster regiers etc etc. there is a cure for those who think Personnel guys.. i came through this idea in one of industries.. its very practical one...
what is required is maintaining of new registers especially menat for fresh recruitees .. keep track of them for first 3 to 4 mnth and if its found that the consiestency of employee and his behaviour is matching to recuirement then bring him to original company muster rolls.. i know its not ethical but atleast it can shade down some fear of loosing employeeee and other hecktic work with employement rules..
rest theter are other HR tools to keep track on the same.

I have got a query; please help -
If your work-ex is like this -
Comapny A - Work for 4-5 months. Get you PF a/c and Tax deducted as per rule. This comapny also has a bond which is not paid. No work-ex certi taken as well.
Comapny B - Work for 14 months. Get your work-ex certi and all but this company niether deducts tax nor deducts PF.
Company C - Has to be joined very soon.
In any case does not being on the legally correct side for Company A will affect Cmpany C's recruitment from three perspectives - Tax ; PAN no ; PF a/c. Comapny C doesnt know tht thr was any association with company A at any point in time.

Hi Dear manager
to the topic is more or less related to job satisfaction , if the pepole are job satisfied they will never run away putting in your considration the yearly salaries survay inside your org and at the market- in sudan the law allow to any employee to quite after apirod of mounth warrning.
Let US think about the real factors of job satisfaction to prevent the people from runing away.

Hello Patra,
Taking matter to court will stand as you rightly pointed out only when the employer promises to offer benefits,but can the employer claim compensations if in the bond the employee has promised to pay .
