I am sorry about puting employee name here. Anyway Do you think i will do this without a through verification. Just listen.Now there is not even a contact number for this Company. I know an employee of Accenture was fired puting the same issue. This makes me to go in detail about this company.

this is quite unprofessional way to present your issue in citehr. this can bring lot of negative repurcussions if any part of what you said is found to be wrong.
be careful while you accuse. mere knowing the issue is nott sufficient, you should also have the solid documentary evidence about this. the company which you said is not existing, if is a legally established company under companies Act, you can easily be sued and held liable for defamation.
first check in the list of companies registered under the companies act., then go with your comment.
be careful in your future course.
further about the accenture issue, the company might be existing and not in the business mentioned in an established position might not be doing the projects as mentioned by her.

So that made them to take action. I am also trying to show the same fact that there is no such company. I even enquired in ROC to find out whether they have registration. But from there also i got a negative reply...

you are right. fake certificates should not be entertained. But do not mention the names of the persons. dont you think you have put her name in a block list. the same may be with you some time in future. working in MNC does not mean everything.

I have already send a a written letter with the Documents i collected as a sample document from the same source ( the exact copy of same Fake certifictes including revised pay slip and Offer letter ) the candidte has obtained produced to the Director - HR , Oracle Head office and to Senior Director- HR, Oracle, Bangalore. I hope they will do the needfull.

dont get demotivated by such things if you are so confident that the person has given a fake certificate , then she will have to prove her ability with her work....... you concentrate on your work and prove it to the management how good you are ............. you are wasting your time proving the facts.......... cos it will not help you in anyway.........
