Dear,
I have left Damco Solution Pvt ltd at December 13, 2016 with serving 2 month notice and have taken my releasing letter too.. The company has not clear my FNF till now. When I email to them about this they replied that by end of August 2017, they do it. Can any suggest me do I take regal help from labour court against my previous company or do I wait till end of August 2017.
Please suggest
Thanks

The full and final settlement of an employee has to be done within 30 days, August 2017 means eight months which is a longer period. To go legal depends upon the amount of recovery from the employer and the time invested.

1. You have not given any information about your designation. If you were in a managerial position, then labour court will not entertain your matter and you will have to approach civil court.

I agree with the view expressed by Saji & Bharat. You should try all the other methods to get the F&F settlements before taking any legal course of action. Regards,

You can wait till the end of August as mentioned by your previous concern. If things never work the way then you can take legal steps for it.
