Dear All,
Employee (mgmt staff) worked on the paid holiday and his weekly off was also on the same day. He is asking for two compensatory offs for the same day.
In my opinion, Since he is management staff his weekly off comes on the paid holiday hence it is lapsed and he can avail compensatory off for the day he woked on paid holiday
Kindly advise
