may be the above post is not totally correct, I seem to have misunderstood what u wanted to convey, look one thing let me tell you dont compare your work with another persons work.
You are HR, Technical person is technical. They are more in demand in market. In the market, a single company needs only 10 HR but Technical they need 50000 bcoz their main business is Technical not HR, so from where they earn most they spend most.

So as per my opinion at this stage monitory pakages are not important if you want to make bright career in HR field. Because in HR we are handling human beings and it is not easy to deal with people succesfuly. It is possible only when you come acroos different expriences so just do it without any hike and all. Even i am aslo working less than you but i have confidence that one day will come when exprience makes lot.
So all the best if u like my suggestions otherwise it is up to you but don't compare your abilities with others that is like underestimating yourself.
