It starts with preparing a list of target companies. Mapping is understanding the organogram and finding the target position. Sometimes there may be several profiles to fit in. It is always preferred to make a mapping sheet with all the information gathered. Once its done, talk to the potential candidates in detail to know about the profile. That's how one can understand the best suitable candidate to target. Hit it with the offer that he can't deny !!
