Hi,
Can Anyone help me to get a clarification about sexual Harassment policy.
1)Minimum no of employees required in a company to form a committee.
2)Whether Committee members should only be an Indian or can be a foreigner employee in case of MNC

From India, Mumbai
1. Companies having more than 10 employees must form an ICC, however, an organisation having less than 10 employees may form an ICC at their own discretion.
2. There is no bar on a foreigner as a member of ICC, provided that member is an employee of the organisation (from the same office).

Can anyone help me to find, if annual return in Form 5 is required to submit under Payment of Wages Act in Maharashtra/Mumbai/Thane.

Hi,
I am working for a Graphic Design company where i don't see any policy has been made for Sexual Harassment.
However, Need to have some clarification before setting up one.
Can the members of The Internal Complaints Committee be the employees of the company??
after forming ICC and the policy, does it required to be registered with the Local Complaints Committee??
Need to have urgent revert..

@kmahi786 The members of ICC are in fact the employees of the company except for one external member who can be from an NGO, legal background or has worked on the subject of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
There is no need to register the ICC with the LCC, as both the bodies have different jurisdictions.
