In Manufacturing ( where powers are used for) industry at least 10 Persons are required those daraw equal to Rs. 10K or less
In establishments or shops there must require 20 person thoses draw less or equal to Rs.10k
in yours case ESIC is not applicable

Dear Mr.Pankaj,
Agreed with your point but at the same time you have to look weather your company comes under the area of Nagar Nigam this is according to ESIC.
Sometimes it happens when companies do not come under ESIC due to this.
