I do have a request... if you have such file on compensation & benefit management... pls do let me know... I would like to know what are the compulsory heads should be there when breaking up someone's monthly salary..... basic + HRA + Conveyance etc.. etc. and what will be the basic percentage of total monthly gross salary's ... HRA % etc...
