Hi Pallavi,
I feel its too early 4 u to pursue a SAP Course in HR since it requires a min of 1 to 2 yrs of domain exp.So i believ u can always think of goin 4 distant education(correspondence). There are lots of universities providing that.. front runner being symbiosis...

The first questions that you need to ask yourself is, "Is HR the right profile for me? Do I want a career in HR?"
If the answer is yes and you are unable to pursue a diploma or a professional qualification in HR then look at the kind of work you are doing. Can you become an extremely competent person in that profile? Is there a mentor who can help you to grow in the organisation?
Find out what are the topics that are taught in HR classes. Pick up as much knowledge as you can as the one who has a professional HR degree or is pursuing one. The Internet has enough info to make you a great HR executive.
Remember, IQ helps you get a job. EQ helps you succeed.
