Hi Leena,
Could you please give information abt the industry?
Before working on training progrmames you need to come uo with teh following:
Need Identification
Current position
Gaps identified - that hinder the growth towards the "needed" area
Identify training that suits to fill the gaps
Start by benchmarking
Again when you are talking about Customer service and operations - please give us information about which industry are you talking about.
Is it logistics? Construction? Automobile engineering?
Give more clarity please.

As a life-long learner and one who has seen the benefit of the technology, which did not exist 20 years ago, let me please make a few comments. These are general comments to those posing queries.
Like Asha and Sagar have pointed out, please give details about industry that you work in, the size of the oranisation, the level of staff under consideration, the area in which they work (for example, Leen has given that), etc., to help the advisors.
There is also no excuse these days for being "illiterate", as Leena has put it, about any topic. Please do some homework by searching the web (in particular CiteHr), to get some grasp of the topic, so that you can post concise and complete information and precise questions. It helps avoid unnecessary dialogue, such as asking for simple clarifications.
Have a nice day.

We are planning to train ops staff about the" the quality of the work". All the staff are at executive level(2-3 yrs of work experience). The need for the training is to have better output with less errors also would like to motivate or encourage the staff to work as team .. as there are problems in operations among the staff(they dont get along well with each other).... also i would appericate incase you can suggest me some good topics to incorporate them in the module.

Hi Leena,
If the core problem is "gettign along well with each other" - probably you should work on Team Building Modules.
And another task wherein you can do the following:
Make each of them write the individual responsibility on a board
Ask the to write next to it - the task they do the best
After that in a seperate column, ask them to highlight what they think can be improved
In the next column, they have to mention what actions they would take in the next 5 days to solve the issue
After 5 days, they need to come up with what they have achieved in terms of areas previously identified as "lacking necessary output"
Next they have to write down how they wish to outperform their previous achievement and give short term goals/ targets to achieve the same.
The above exercise can be done probably after a team building activity.

Leena ! In fact I am talking about Quality Circles(QC), where a group of 8-10 individuals from the same work environment is formed and they work as a group towards a common goal/problem.
With Regards,
