I need to prepare a training module for managers on leadership, motivation etc. Can some one tell me what should be the contents of a training module. What are the points I need to keep in mind while designing the module & how can I conduct the training effectively?

Hi Vinita,
This requires really good content...because training leaders / senior level managers require lots of psychological parameters. I suggest to seek help of a consultant , or pay for a third party training vendor who are good performers.
I know this message is not gr8 help, as i have no experience in training.
