Hi Bro,
No one will be able to provide you with their Company Policies. This is one of the most confidential document in an organization.
As suggested by others, first you have to build a base for the manual. Like, what is that you require and who are your target employees.

Hi Manjiri,
I am quite surprised that you do not have sick leave. Is this an organizational policy? What about the labour law policy on this? In my country, the labour law policy is quite standard for the sick leave for both public and private sector companies and this has to be complied with by all companies. It is as follows:-
Upto 2 yrs of service

From Malaysia, Petaling Jaya
Upto 2 years of service - 14 days per year
>2 yrs and upto 5 years of service - 18 days per year
> 5 yrs of service - 22 days per year
Pls take note that this is all working days, not calendar days, so if a sick leave happens on a public holiday (depending on the doctor giving MC), then it has to be replaced with a working day after it.
Maybe this can help you structure some sort of a policy for your own company based on the above.

Hi,Points to be noted for good dress code :# If it is a business meeting always wear full sleeve shirt, with a Tie matching the color of shirt.# Wear always a leather strap watch. # Buckle of your belt should be rectangular.# Full sleeve shirt or half sleeve shirt should never have floral printing or very bright colors.# Trousers should have either flat front or plated front ( not more than 2 plates ).# Do not put too many papers in your pocket ( Both Shirt and Trousers ).# Have a good hair cut no parting like AAMIR KHAN ! ;)Wish you Happy Official Dressing!Chao!Anand ShuklaCPD and Soft Skill
