Can you tell, what is the profile of employees and the industry in which you are working.
You can also check the various other threads to understand the motivational techniques and participation programs.
Few of the general techniques are:
1. Conducting open houses.
2. Suggestion Schemes
3. Reward & Recognition programs such as
- Employee of the month on the basis of performance.
- Fun activities such as pizza party.
- Offsites for team building.

Our company is a trading company in GCC. Here more than 12 nationlities are working together. So it is avery big task to HR dept. to motivate & guide them properly.
So pls adivice me some techniques which are suitable for all nationalities.
