Hi Reshma,
I represent a firm called paradigm shift. We are a training and development organization HQ'd in Chennai.
We have a highly successful motivation program for IT companies.
Why don't you have a look at the attachment below and give us a call. Do note that the program will be tailored to meet your specific needs
We can work out the cost factor and ensure that it would be beneficial to the both of us.
Rather than making the motivation program into a talk-show we would rather have the participants learn to motivate themselves through experiential learning.
We believe in the philosophy "dont be spoken to when you can act"
We will, if you're interested give you a list of the most appropriate facilitators for this program
Thanks,
Madhu

Hi Reshma,

First of all i would like to wish u a very happy diwali and may this diwali bring lots of happiness for you and your company. Well Reshma first of all it seems from your statements like as if your company is running under high labour turnover rates. If it is the case then i would like to suggest you few things.

1. Show the employees inspirational movies like lagaan (though i would like to suggest the movie titled "the pursuit of happiness the best inspirational movie ever made or "enemy in the gates.) After this i think half of your problem would be solved.

2. Log on to the site makeadifferencemovie.com and show the employees a short inspirational movie of 15 min duration.

3. Share with them the story of google, life of bill gates or starting of AMUL(the taste of india).

4. Organize small team building or fun exercise out side the office to show them the care and the concern the company is having for its employees.

In case u need more help u can mail me at or can chat with me on the same email id mentioned(10am-8pm).

Thanks,

Nitesh (09899151579)

Great Efforts. Reshma.
It will be a pleasure to assist you on this. Motivation Talks are not talks of getting people to do something but getting people to achieve their goals in life.
Let me know if you still are looking for someone. Myself or One of my Principal Consultants can be sent for this. I am not looking at a Business Opportunity here - it will be great to be a part of your initiative.

Thank You Sunil......
All of us were looking at it as glass half filled and you are looking at it as glass half empty.
Not a sin at all, however positive thinking would help us better than negative :) :) :)
