Dear suryavanshi,
For carrying the hot works like welding and cutting in the Hazardous areas )especially Flammable solvents and gases handling areas). You have to ensure the safety as given in the attached Hot work permit.
Normally Tankfarms are more hazardous areas so it is recommednded to carry the hot jobs at workshops only.
