Dear Harnek Singh, you can apply P.F. Application form 19 with form 10C. form 10C need to fill if your service is less than 9.5 years, if your service is 9 & half year or above than no need to fill the form 10C basically 10C is used for pension contribution fund with form 19. You can submit the above forms to your P.F. Office after 60 days from your resignation.
