I do not know up to what depth your claim of identifying skill sets as listed below would be true with the help of graphology.
As I know very little about it (read a couple of books and my observation all across), I would say, graphic part of handwriting can change depends on your state of mind (mood), level of attentiveness, etc. So it is not a fool-proof method to assess skill sets as what you listed below. And for sure, a few aspects like handling stress, job hoping tendency, listening skills, attitude towards opposite sex, etc. are need to be tried and tested over a period of time and situations, not simply from handwriting!
If I am not wrong whatever you listed all are behaviour aspects and behaviour can change depends on various other agencies & influences and so are the results.
Handwriting MAY give a very general idea about an individual but skill, knowledge and the energy level in one's possession remain, with utmost importance, criteria while selecting a candidate.

You can use Handwriting to analyze a person as it is a subconscious representation of a person that brings out hidden traits not seen by body language or face reading. Creating a questionnaire only checks mental stability and and shrewdness towards handling a situation. Handwriting analysis is done a graphologist and the accuracy is very close on characteristics. Few skills are natural and are carried from person to person based on genes in person lying dormant or activated. Most other skills are attained via learning mode based on individual capability.
