Hi, My Trainer Friends,
Ever wondered why we waste our energy and time in arguments, baseless explanations, clueless meetings, and time-robbing discussions? The one and only reason is "not handling the communication part effectively." Why is it so?
Why can't we communicate effectively? We can, provided we are like the sand or salt getting dissolved fast in the water. We need to dissolve a lot of differences, which in training programs is called bad listening, ego, etc.
Find another attachment of mine about "Effective Communication."

Jay
