can anybody tel me, on wat basis the loss of pay has to be calculated during the month of feb 09...? i mean whether it has be calculated on 28 or 30 or 31 days....
currently my company using the basis of actual days in the month.. i.e they calculated the loss of pay during this month for 28 days.
Is this procedure right ...?
