I want to Know how one should prepared documents working in HR departmet, I mean is there any specific ISO standards for different letter that the HE department issue at different points,e.g,the is there any specifice refernece number for joing letter, appointment letter, warning letter etc.. that would be according to ISO

Hi,
For ISO audit, and for HR,
Firstly are you an internal auditor for HR or Management Representaive for ISO.
as per that your organization will give a letter as Internal Auditor, and you should be trained in ISO you should have ISO awarness training programme.
Which version is your organization following like ISO 9001 2000 or iso 9001 2008
Secondly For HR you have maintain employee details their offer letter, appointment letter, exit internview letters, perfomance letters etc..

    If your organisation is ISO certified. Then You have to read HR procedure, which is signed for ISO by HR Head and you have to follow the same procedure and formats for documentation and audit.
    There is nothing standard documentation for ISO.
    ISO says that what are you doing practicaly writedown the same and controlled/standarise for the entire organisation.
