Hi,

Can anybody tell me on what basis the loss of pay has to be calculated during the month of Feb 09? I mean whether it has to be calculated on 28, 30, or 31 days.

Currently, my company is using the basis of actual days in the month. They calculated the loss of pay during this month for 28 days.

Is this procedure right?

In my previous salary structure, Basic was 7230 and DA was also 7230. After the latest increments, the company has reduced the Basic and DA to 6970. Please guide me, is it legal?
