In the "Code of Discipline", have you included sexual harassment and policy on workplace romance? These two are quite important.
In India quote often, pilots of the airlines go on strike. One case recently happened and another case is forthcoming. Have you included that also?
In the work regulations section, have you included grooming and deportment? This is very important for cabin crew.
