First of all - Its good to know that you would like to test the behavioural quotient of the persons before selecting them.
But, there are some facts about psychometric tools which are lesser known. There are a lot of these tests available in the market, on the net. But, unfortunately none of them hold Reliable & Valid.
Psychometric Tests are extremely scientific in nature & even the administration as well as the analysis is very scientific & systematic.
Hence, i would suggest that if you truely want to go through this procedure you should go through a professional agency who has Certified Psychologists who can do this for your recruits. There are very many agencies who can do it for you in very nominal costs.
