I am required to prepare a 'Staff Welfare Budget' for the Sales team of a region for the year 2008.
Shall be thankful if anyone could share a sample budget template or any ideas and thoughts on preparing the same.

Hi Jigar,
I do not have a typical staff welfare budget but a complete HR budget made. I also do not have a specific document or worksheet for sales candidates but I am sure you can look at a few of the things below:
1. Celebrating Birthday (persoally or in group) if not celebrate at least present a greeting card.
2. Quarterly luncheons with HOD / management or internal support staff
3. Training - which might enhance their interpersonal skills or selling skills
4. Picnics
5. Snacks for the late sitting employees
I shall get back to you if I think of more points
