The solution is very simple. Take the police and the girl in red to one corner. Then, pair one of the boys with the police, bring them back, and take the remaining boy with the daddy. The logic is to use the police in the beginning, in the middle, and at the end. Try solving it this way. In case anyone needs a step-by-step answer, I will provide that. :)
