There are few Institute who give practicle training on core hr charging only 5 to 7 thousands from where you can learn all aspects of hr
and impliment
Secondly NIIT imperie gives executive program on HRM of IIM CULCUTTA
do that

YOu have to make it count. just learn what a manager HR does.
HR generalist is a profile not designation like manager HR.
A manager HR may be in generalist role.
as I am in generalist role but my designation is TL HR.
