Hello Shraddha Naik,

Your posting has evoked plenty of useful responses.

Hopefully you have read them.

All the members would appreciate your response that

would complete the initial part of communication.

Seeing your silence after the first posting,

I even tried sending a private mail but it was not possible.

My views are as under.

1.0 Perhaps you wanted to know how quickly one can reach the top most position.

This has been very well explained.

2.0 Quickly reaching the top may not be always advantageous. You will see others better than you at peer level, in other organizations. Then you will try to rise further to emulate them. Please bear in mind that becoming a CEO cannot be end in itself. In life, we face plenty of moving targets incessantly.

On the other hand, if you are complacent, you will find others over take you, as it happened in the PANCHATANTRA tale of Hare and Tortoise.

So a CEO is not a destination in any form of set up.

Your ambition is laudable and the efforts also should be in the right direction.

As Stephen Covey observes FIRST THINGS FIRST.

Please read your posting.

There are plenty of mistakes.Find a well wisher and have it corrected.

WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST to become a CEO.
