Once I got selected in one company. Before joining I met the company hr for submitting joining documents. I was selected for HR post only. They said no offer letter or appointment letter would be given and experience letter would be given only on request but there is no guarantee that I would be getting experience letter. Also no salary slip would be issued. They told me that I have to sign a bond for 1 yr. No mobile phone would be allowed inside company premises. That was a strange though because it was just corporate office of construction company and not some inflammable industry. Recruitment would also be done only by CEO and my role would be only to line up candidates for interview. There were so many restrictions. I thought about it and in end decided not to join it.
My question is why such companies have strange policies?
